The PDO Umbria Colli del Trasimeno is an early ripening blend of Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Dolce Agogia, blended according to the local disciplinary. The derived EVOO has a typically Umbrian intense taste.
PDO Umbria Colli del Trasimeno has a medium fruity aroma, reminiscent of freshly-cut grass, wild cardoon, chicory and almond. The intense bitter and pungent sensations are well balanced. The colour is intense green. Tasteful oil extremely well paired with soups, legumes, potatoes, broccoli, grilled pork meat and roasted fish.
